Back in September my friend Sara and I went to Palawan for a two night holiday. We stayed at Dos Palmas Resort and Spa. It’s going through some renovations right now but it was still beautiful. The food was not amazing, as expected, but we had a great time!
We arrived at the airport and did the typical Filipino selfie. It was just after this picture that a lady we were on the plane with asked to take her picture with us… bet you didn’t know we were famous, right?

Everyday Dos Palmas would send a little boat like this to their other island for a “tour.” Really, it’s just going and hanging out.

Later that day we took a boat out the to the dive spot. We snorkeled a bit and spent a long time jumping into the water and playing around. This was the best part of the weekend!
It was a great two nights! I missed my kids but came home feeling relaxed and ready to take on Manila again.

The blues of the sky and water are simply astounding. I could gaze out on that water all day long and never tire of the view.
